To anyone who has ever been to a tradeshow, it’s easy to see that they are an interesting spectacle of modern commerce and innovation. For anyone who has ever presented at a tradeshow, it’s a known fact that they can be exciting opportunities for business… but also a logistical nightmare.
With that in mind, and because we have been able to help so many of our clients to turn industry tradeshows and conventions into a high-profit activity, here are two important considerations for your next display:
1. If it doesn’t catch attention, it’s useless. At even the smallest tradeshows, you are directly competing with dozens of other businesses in your industry – sometimes from only a few feet away. For that reason, your tradeshow display has to catch attention quickly.
2. A tradeshow display that can’t be easily moved or set up will eventually come back to haunt you. Most tradeshow displays are set up dozens of times (or more) during their lives, which isn’t even counting the occasions where you have to move to a new booth or location. Do yourself a favor, and invest in one that’s easy to set up and breakdown.
